I had a procedure done in sept 2022 on some of my teeth. They used my insurance and still said I word x amount of $$. So we used their credit system and got the loan amount and turns out they submitted way more then I had done so they could get the $$ for it. They also submitted to my insurance that I had work done on other teeth that I did not have work done on. Awful!! They do NOT care about their patients and will talk you into getting services that are incorrect and will make it your fault. They will also lie about your insurance and say its “covered” and its not. They LOVE TO RUIN TEETH AND YOUR CREDIT SCORE!! Please check google reviews and follow @Stop Aspen Dental Group.. they have done 14,000 people dirty!!

I would not recommend any one to go there, paid cash for my dentures and still can't wear the bottom ones. Pretty sad I lost a ton of weight from not being able to eat and now I have insurance and go somewhere else to get dentures

Honestly, I’m really irritated with this Tulsa Hills office and starting to think Aspen in general is just corrupt and snakey. I went in for Denture consult. Said I also needed a root canal on a bottom tooth and gum disease treatment. Even though I gave them my insurance info, they didn’t have it included on my treatment plan, had to call several times to have them add my insurance. This place is so unorganized , they call to confirm my appointment , and when I get there, they tell me my partial is not in yet . They messed up the first set , so I had to go back in to get another impression , which I hate doing Cuzz I have a bad gag reflex🤮. So now it’s been 2 months now and still no teeth😡.

I went to this office in back in June as a new patient for a special that they were offering and I paid for the service at the time it was rendered. A month later (July)I got a bill for another twenty-something dollars and I was told that they would take care of it and to disregard the bill. I got another bill (August) that was a final notice so I went ahead and paid them just so it would go away.
