I drive all the way from Elizabeth City, NC to this office. The entire staff is amazing! Alexis, the dental assistant was really friendly and gentle with x-rays and imaging. Drs. Phaup and Kerin were awesome. They took the time to answer all of my questions. Janay, the practice manager, was amazing to work with. She explained all of the paperwork and pricing upfront and was willing to work with me on the best way to structure payments. I highly recommend this practice. My visit was great. Coming to a dentist and it was great. I never thought that in a million years. Everybody, there was nice and friendly and they are seen to care about your hygiene.

Who likes going to the dentist??? No one! But, from the first phone call, I was treated with compassion and care. My dentist was Dr. Karen and she was amazing the entire time! I had two extractions, I was super nervous and TERRIFIED but she and her team ensured that I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. I didn’t Like the guy they were training being in the room and I wished they would’ve asked me but even with that, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Karen and Aspen Dental on General Booth

Aspen Dental, Virginia Beach. From start to finish a very good experience. I am not a big fan of going to the dentist and have many painful experiences. Whitney -called to confirm appointment. The day of, she was at the front desk helpful, cheerful and kind. Destiny -took me back for my X-Rays and was very gentle as I have a very small jaw. Being a terrible person to take care of myself, I had a series of things that require some extensive work. Been there for three sessions so far. At least 2 more to come later in the month. So far, everything and every step in the process has been very professional and very easy. Very pleased with the process and the delivery of services so far. Would highly recommend.
