I paid $200+ for a treatment plan (when I paid the manager Jessica said “oh wow your the first person to pay and not question us” that should’ve been my red flag) anyway… I have my dental insurance through 1 company which I gave to Aspen and they covered what they did and I paid the rest. Months later I keep getting letters in the mail stating my insurance is being rejected. I reach out to that insurance. … apparently I Aspen was suppose to send them an EOB and they never got it. If you have an actual dentist emergency do not go, I paid $147 for “ emergency services” but what was that for? I got no treatment done just X-rays and a dental hygenist examine and schedule me out a couple days later and did nothing in the meantime to get rid of the pain. I left crying and they would not do anything. Actually considering going to the emergency room to see if the ortho doctor will just remmove it

The worst experience I’ve had with a dental practice. They happily made the initial appointment after I provided my insurance information. The first visit was only X-rays and evaluations. No actual cleaning. After the first visit they said I needed very expensive deep cleaning but they weren’t sure I was covered so I left with the promise that they would call me back and schedule the services. Unfortunately we can not rate any positive review for this location. We are there to treat the pain, they are trying to sell their cleaning package plans, and as a result, they could not treat the pain and reffered else where for help.
