Molly Joslyn and especially Dr Walls were extremely kind and patient. Leg wounds needed Dr Walls.. & recently out of ER then hospital my confidence , discomfort/pain and concern needed Dr Walls… my sincere thanks

I feel like communication could have been better. I had to call in to get the results from a biopsy. When I came in for my Mohs procedure I had to ask for the names of people caring for me and their positions. A simple “My name is_______ and I am the nurse (or doctor) caring for you today”. I had to ask the staff their names and positions. I was a nurse for 50 years so I understand what good bedside manner and professionalism look like.
