I have always been very happy with this dentist office, until Friday the 13th, that was our worst experience ever. the dental hygienist was very professional , friendly and new,[so probably nervous} this review is not directed at her. I made an appointment for my husband and myself to get a cleaning, when I got there they wanted a full xray, and everything else going. I said I just wanted a cleaning. It was the fasted clean ever, the top back got polished, the rest did not, and the bottom polished quickly. the dentist came ... read more
Worst service ever. Always running late. Over charges on services. Will say anything to get you as a client ....then is dishonest and blames you for not knowing coverage when they say it covered. Please be aware of this dentist ...they are unprofessional and sneaky. Don’t go there. Safe yourself the stress !!!

We always do our best to get insurance information ahead of patients' visit but are not always successful to get all the information due to privacy policy and having two insurances to deal with makes it more complicated to get accurate information all the times. We are looking into what went wrong and will correct if the error is on our end.
Trying to sell painful services on a toddler that were not found by 2 other dentists. You are going to hell for that. How many children have you made endure unneeded pain to pad your wallet?

Trying to "upsell" on a child. Went to two different dendist, child had zero cavities whatsoever. This place should be shut down. Unbelievable!!
These people wanted a CHILD to go through a painful ordeal to make a quick buck, after 2 other opinions my friends found out their daughter in fact did not have cavities and DIDN'T need the procedure..makes me wonder what the end goal is with these quacks..? Don't use them! Keep your kids safe!
I really don't recommend the Orthodontics here. The Dr only works one day a week and it's difficult to get evening appointments. Also a few times when they call to confirm appointments they give me the wrong day resulting in missed appointment and then it is 4-6 more weeks before I can get another evening appointment. horrivle experience
