Like a Good Neighbor After nearly a year of living at Aspen Village, I'm still in disbelief of the price I'm paying. This is easily the best value I've experienced in apartment homes. The grounds are clean, the units are up-to-date, the floor plans are spacious and practical, and the staff is friendly - the manager even knows me by name, another first for me. Aspen Village Nice, spacious, quiet, and convenient to shopping, parks, and schools. No balconies or patios though.
