They were great with my 15 year old son. He had a cavity and they explained why he got it so he would know how to prevent it in the future. I asked how he liked the dentist office and he said it was very educational. They took the time to explain it to him in a way he would understand. Very happy to be going there!
Staff, Sonja Pohl and Dr. Zeppelin were extremely helpful, eager to please and very courteous. Dr. Zeppelin provided me with all of the information I was seeking, took as much time as I needed and made me very comfortable with him. He inspired great confidence in me throughout our consultation. Thank you.
As always a great visit, Julianna is so personable, Dr. Lisa just goes the extra mile to make sure everything is "the best it can be"! Tana is just as great! Cleaning appointment went very well! Drs.Yaros and Augustine have consistently delivered excellent dental care for the past six years for my husband and I. Dr. Yaros did an implant for me three years ago, which has been just like my own tooth. Today Dr. Augustine adjusted a crown for me, which they had put on five years ago. Dr. Yaros had reattached the crown three weeks ago, when I had popped it off eating sticky candy-so it was totally my own fault that it popped off-but they didn't charge me for either appointment. Jo Ann is always so efficient, on time, personable and efficient. I always feel so good after having my teeth cleaned and hope that she will continue to be my hygienist. Everyone at the front desk is helpful and so pleasant. My experience at Aspenwood has never failed to be less than great.
Good job made my son feel comfortable and called later that night to check up on him that evening after his wisdom teeth were pulled. That was very nice.
I had an excellent experience on my first visit to Aspenwood Dental. Everyone was kind, courteous, did not have to wait long, moved right along. Excellent explanation of my issues, what is needed to resolve them including costs and time frame. Overall a very pleasant experience.
