Last minute appointment with a chipped tooth Dr.Z and his assistant were so kind and more than professional . They turned what could have been upsetting into a pleasant experience. They were patient and took the time to make sure all was perfect with me before I left the office. No wonder I use these dentists. Thank you!!!
Crown visit First visit to this practice today. Needed a new crown. Was impressed with the quality of all staff - from the receptionist who gave me directions to the office over the phone, to the two assistants, to the dentist, Dr. Zeppelin - helpful, respectful of my comfort, patient, knowledgeable. Lovely surroundings, too. I'll be back!
Dental Cleaning Dr. Yaros and all of the hygienists and support staff have been great over the years. However, I always enjoy my visits with Denise. She does a thorough job and makes suggestions for improvement for me to maintain my oral health. She is also great about personalizing my visits by talking about things she remembers we've discussed from prior visits, or things my husband has told her. Outstanding Dentistry with a staff to match! IMO, Dr. Yaros and the other Dentists are without question the very best - especially if you're interested in dental transplants! I've been with Dr. Yaros 35 years and he's made an amazing difference in my dental health as well as my appearance. Best dental office in town! Lisa Augustine is the most thorough, thoughtful and professional dentist. It is great to have a dentist that you can trust and rely on to provide the best care for your teeth. The staff at Aspenwood is also the best out there! Our family has been blessed to have Dr. Yaros and Dr. Augustine as our dentists for over twenty years, which says a lot. Thanks for the great work!
A warm and friendly atmosphere. All associates were kind and professional. Dr. Zeppelin patiently answered all of my questions, explaining in detail various options that I could choose from.
Emergency procedure I had a crown that came off on a Friday night. When I called the dentist first thing Monday morning, Dr. Yaros and his staff were wonderful in seeing me that same morning and replacing the crown. Needless to say, their attention to the situation was outstanding. I would recommend their practice to anyone.
Very Professional and Friendly. 1. I have been greeted by a friendly front desk person. 2. The Coordinator Sonja Pohl then was giving me all necessary information and answering to all of my questions. 3.
