Felt very comfortable meeting and talking with staff members and Dr. Yaros Christine was on the phone when I arrived. However, she signaled to me that she was aware I was there and that she would be available shortly. That was important to me. Many, many businesses are not aware of the importance of this small "gesture". Result: Customer or patient feels like a non-person. Friendly atmosphere throughout my visit. Grerat as always We've been customers/patients for over 30 years with Aspenwood and Dr. Yaros. We've received such good care over the years that we just naturally expect it every time. And this time was no exception! It is great when you call at 10:00AM with a chipped crown -- and you are sitting in the dentist's chair at 3:40 that afternoon. Fortunately, Dr. Yaros was ab le to grind off the sharp edges and I was on my way.

Professionalism Aspenwood Dental epitomizes professionalism. In every detail of patient care the personnel at Aspenwood do an outstanding job of providing the best in service. My procedure was performed by Denise, who is the standard by which I judge dental technicians. Great office Denice is the best hygienist in this great dental office with three exceptional dentists and a bunch of great hygienist. Dr. Augustine has been my dentist for over 13 years and I won’t go anywhere else. My wife’s family has been going to Aspenwood for over twenty year.
