My appointment was for cleaning and evaluation from Dr Augustine. The technician was very thorough and answered all my questions in addition to more information regarding dental health, aging bone loss and diabetes. The cleaning I had met all my expectations. I had to wait 15 minutes or so extra for Dr Augustine. I had no problem with that personally but I'm afraid my request delayed the next patient being seen in a timely manner. I had my first cleaning from the Aspenwood, so I do not have a large sample set. However, I have been in enough dental offices to know when things look right. The reception staff is efficient and courteous. The hygienist was obviously very competent, and everyone seems to have a great attitude.
I have been a patient at Aspenwod Dental for many years, and my experiences there have been consistently positive. I have the utmost respect for everyone's opinion there,regarding the course of treatment I may need. The doctors and staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Zeppelin is so pleasant and professional. The whole staff is welcoming and knowledgeable.I have always enjoyed coming for my appointments, and that is not usually the case when going to a Dentist.
