Erik did a very good job of explaining the policy to me, as a first time home buyer this was crucial. I have never needed Home Owners insurance before and Erik was very honest about what i need and what is extra in the policy. He also had very competitive pricing and that always helps. Would recommend to anyone currently looking for insurance.
