My partner and I was travelling from Bristol one night and our car broke down on the motor way , not far from junction 11 I believe ( what I was told when the driver found us ) after waiting in RAC for hours we made to decision to leave the car and go home . we tried a few taxi companies to get help to reach home but they couldn’t be bothered with us plus we weren’t sure where we were. Another successful journey with this company - polite and friendly driver, clean car, safe and smooth journey. We got to the railway station in time in spite of flooding and roadworks. Always very friendly people to take my booking on the phone too. This is an anxious time for me due to family illness - it helps to have a cab company on whom I can rely.
