I was being collected from a dr surgery to go to A&E because I wasn’t safe to drive. My taxi arrived quicker than an ambulance. My driver was so kind and gentle with me. He was also considerate of the bumps in the road that increased my pain. I felt very vulnerable and he put me at ease. I am so grateful for the excellent service I received
