As a black student, I didn't feel seen. I wasn't a perfect student, but even if I was a perfect student, I feel like they would still treat me like an outcast. There was a lot of favoritism and the teachers and students are very "cliquey". I feel like teachers are supposed to be encouraging but I can only say two of them were the only ones that seen my improvement and encouraged me. (Thank you Ms. Melissa and Ms. Kameron) I was in the sonography program.

This was by far the WORST school ever. They make you fail on purpose literally. Toxic environment. Teachers there are horrible and very favoritism. They only care about your money. Teachers wanting students to become buddies instead of focusing your education. Please do not come here no matter what. There is nothing good about ATA school.

I would highly discourage going here for the sonography program. You will be here a lot longer than expected because of how many times you’ll fail out and have to restart. They seriously need to work on different educational techniques and strategies that will benefit the students and promote healthier learning outcomes for the students that won’t make you question your mental status. Crazy how I left someone convince me to change my review to 5 stars😆 If you are considering this school I would highly advise against it. I went and they tried to correct their mistake but it was all fake. They were so rude to me when I first started like look at me with such judgement and act like they could give a crap less about me. I graduated in 2022, I rated this 4 stars instead of 5 because some instructors for me was not understanding instructors. But the majority of the instructors are great. ATA is expensive, But they also have it for where you don't have to take a entrance exam or be on a waiting list to get into the program.
