We were first time home buyers and new to the area. Grant went out of his way to educate us on our options and help us to choose the best lending solution for our situation. He spent hours on the phone with us even on weekends and during his days off. If it wasn’t for his help I don’t believe we would be in such a comfortable situation.
Grant was really great to work with. He answered and questions I had quickly. I was not surprised by any amounts Grant went over everything. The closing went super smooth because I already knew everything that was coming.
Grant was so helpful to us in buying our home. We needed someone to hold our hand and he did just that! He made sure we had everything we needed to close and helped us get our dream home!
The whole process was extremely stressful and confusing until Eric was involved. He laid everything in simple terms, and I will definitely be using him in the future!
Jim and his processors Adrienne and Lisa were quick to respond to questions and ultimately got us the refi terms we needed. We closed on day 31! We highly recommend them!

A top notch lender who made it easy to apply and get approved. Great communication, and our loan officer, John Campbell, was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and professional, as well as friendly and easy to work with.
Grant really made purchasing our first home as simple as can be. He is so informative and patient when it comes to questions which we had a lot of. I highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a home and he will definitely keep you on the right path and He will answer any questions you have to make it even less stressful.
