I worked with Tracy on getting a mortgage for a recent purchase in Kernersville, NC. The service was truly exceptional. Tracy and her team were always very helpful and quick to respond during the application and approval process. I did not encounter any issues using this lender. From contract to closing date, the time was 4 weeks but I think that was more dependent on the timeline of the builder as it was a new construction.

Ali and her team where great to deal with! Getting a mortgage always seems to be time consuming and frustrating process gathering all the required documentation especially if you are self employed. Atlantic Bay had a vary easy to use platform to upload all the documents. If you had any question along the way they where vary quick to respond to your request from the pre approval letter process all the way until closing. A much different experience than previously with big bank lenders.
