Atlantic Blue replaced the main water line for my house. The two technicians were friendly and worked hard to get the project done as quickly as possible. However, they did NOT have an effective tool to implement the pull-method as promised in the proposal provided by them in the beginning. Instead they took a full-trenching approach to lay down the water line about 4 ft deep in the ground. Even worse, they chose a two-day window with one day having heavy rain to do the job, causing huge earth disruption and landscaping dama... read more
I would not give half a star for the lack of honesty and the inability to open up and received to fix problems
Nothing.
Was told by this co. they would do filter maintenance AND unclog a drain, so I could save on dispatch charges. They did NOT solve both problems as stated. The worker straight up said he does not do drain work. REALLY DISAPPOINTED.

Second company told me I needed to replace both the water main and the sewer line (again no testing) and the cost would be almost $8,000.00. Mike Crouse from Atlantic Blue came out and told ... read more
Mike did the troubleshooting to identify the fault while explaining to me what he was observing, then isolated the problem down to the well pump (which I already suspected). I also watched Mike do a meticulous job in shrink-tubing the connections, wrapping it all in electrical tape, and inspecting the entire length of electrical conductor TWICE. What Mike did NOT do was try to sell me an entire GrundFos system when all I needed was the pump. Yes, I had a past plumber contractor try to load up my bill unnecessarily. Mike of A... read more
