Kevin has excellent analytical ability and is an amazing problem solver. Additionally, Kevin and Zach and the other gentleman whose name I don’t think I got ,really were all a calming influence on this homeowner who was ready to totally freak out about no water in her house. They did a lovely job in calming down the situation and fixing the problem. You’re lucky to have them work for your organization and I hope you appreciate them.
Austin was very professional and informative. He pointed out two additional items along the water supply system that needed to be addressed before they became a major issue. We were happy to have them fixed now. Great customer service.
This company flooded half of my home! We'd been a loyal customer for years until September 2024 Atlantic Blue came to repair/replace a leaking water heater. They assured me that the repairs were complete but I returned less than 24 hours later to a pipe gushing water and a flooded basement. They told me that they'd "make us whole" over and over but as this process took over 5 months, they went back on their word time and time again. I wish we could leave 0 stars! Atlantic Blue / Gallup installed a whole house filter system, David - sales, came to the house and checked the water and type of filter system needed, no pressure on sales. Within two days a plumber came to install the system. Jacob was knowledgeable installing the system and asked questions of where and how to install the filter. The job was excellent and very professionally done.
I was very pleased with the services provided by AB and Danny Hurley. Danny was very knowledgeable about my water system problems and spent time describing the issues thoroughly. He made sure my service was fully operational and made recommendations to alleviate future problems. Top professional and customer service provided the entire time.
