So far so great!!! Just had a softener system installed.... the work was a bit harder than normal as our main valve in located in the middle of a finished basement - this meant cutting holes into the ceiling and running new pipes (roughly 30 ft) to the system in another room. Alex, our rep, was super knowledgable about they system we put in (Fleck) and the tech, Brennan, did an awesome job - keep the drywall holes to a minimum (only 3 small holes, yay!), talked us through how the system worked, and even saved us a but by usi... read more

Excellent service overall.
We had air and dirt in our well water. The plumber who came to do the work had not seen the work order, had no idea what had been dxed, asked us to describe the problem which had already been explained to and dxed by the first plumber who came. For $600 the problem was **fixed**or 2 days. When we had them back, they dxed another problem and would fix it for more than $5,000. We found another, good plumber.
Excellent timely communication. On time. Fast analysis of problem. Detailed explanation of work required. Performed work without wasted time. Cleaned up afterwards. Worth the $. AND Chris and Steve were nice guys. Will hire again.
