We had an ERV installed yesterday, and it was our first time dealing with Atlantic Refrigeration & Air conditioning. It was a positive experience from start to finish. Josh and Juan arrived on time, explained the install process, patiently answered all of my questions and set about doing the job. They could not have been more professional, courteous, friendly or thorough. They were consistent in their Covid precautions throughout their time here. Based on our experience yesterday, we won’t hesitate to call on Atlantic again.

Just had my semiannual service today. Brian, the tech, has been here before and knows our system. There is a comfort in having that consistency. He always gives a full verbal report before leaving, and warns us of possible issues with the system in advance. We like that he is proactive. He is respectful, neat and courteous from the time he rings the door until he leaves. We are very happy with the company.

Atlantic has been servicing our Geothermal heating system since 2011. Service has been prompt, as scheduled, and efficiently done by competent, courteous personnel. Recommend without reservations.

Had new system installed by Atlantic Refrigeration May 2019 and just had first AC PM service, tech was very courteous and took the proper COVID precautions and was neat about himself. Always impressed when service people enter our home with protective foot wear. Very pleased
Duane did my annual a/c check-up. Very thorough, took his time and did a really nice job. Made recommendations for efficiency of my units.
