I was pleased with the professionalism here. I have seen Dr. Aggarwal in the past and felt confident in his ability but the PA I saw today was very knowledgeable and competent. They took a quick EKG on my 1st visit, listened to my medication concern and are switching me to a medication more tailored to my condition. A previous Dr in town wanted to add more medication instead of switching the one I have. This Dr agreed with my assessment and accommodated my needs. When I arrived at the office reception was very prompt and polite. I didn’t have to wait long for the doctor. The doctor was very thorough and polite and reassuring. Everything about my experience was positive.
I appreciate very much the time the doctor took with me to explain my situation and to offer helpful suggestions and encouragement. Dr. Aggarwal's staff are also competent and friendly. I had gone to the appointment feeling very nervous and worried, but I left feeling reassured with instructions as how to improve my health.
