Unfortunately my positive experience in the beginning ended up in negative I dealt with Shawn and the day I gave conditional deposit I ask him about the 2nd key and he replied yes to it. On the day of delivery when I asked about the 2nd key His co worker who was helping him on the deal as he was on vacation also said yes here are 2 keys. I went to car service for my Audi Q7 at 25 coachworks cres, Brampton, this was my first time here usually i visit Hamilton Audi.
