The people there were very kind and curious and cheerful. They kept me informed of the progress with my car. The lobby for guests was clean and well stocked with coffee and snacks. I will definitely come back to this Audi location
Fantastic service experience. Probably the best communication referring car service/repairs I have ever experienced.
The people are very polite and respectful. The mechanic videoing the undercarriage is terrific. Both of these give me confidence in the dealership & peace of mind that I am not being taken advantage of.
Front desk staff in service very good at - greeting, explains special braking function and all service questions and in a non technical way that is understandable to the non technician😄
Easy to make an appointment, easy drop off. Great communication and an easy pick up. That’s a winning combination in my book.
