I always have positive experiences with this office. The staff is friendly and efficient with checking in and taking back to exam room. PA Holly Martin is thorough and knowledgeable and addresses all concerns clearly. I trust her completely. Appointments run on time, which I appreciate. Yes, there is a long wait for a full body check but you can easily get on the schedule every year - in the meantime, they are very accommodating for specific issues that may arise and will typically get you on the schedule within a few days. ... read more
Needed a new prescription bc my insurance changed on the 7/1. Contacted audrey echt dermatology to have it done, spoke to Brianna (checkspelling) she told me to send my new insurance card photos thru this text sent at 10:12 am. Sent the photos at 10:13am. As you can see the message sends an auto message at the bottom saying received. Called back at 1:47pm, Brianna answers and I'm letting her know I haven't heard anything yet. Less than 5 minute wait time. Suzanne Craven is so nice. She was patient with me and my question, Very thorough screening & explains everything so I can understand. Staff were so kind and welcoming too!
Terrible service. I waited until I left this review until I had another dermatologist to compare it too. I have a couple of warts on the bottom of my foot that have cause me so much pain. This place is like entering a Covid freak show with everyone wearing masks and with no personalities. Anyway I went twice on my own accord because he never said let’s try this for a few weeks and come back and we will see how this works. Nothing.
