I have lived here for OVER 13 years now. I originally moved in with my boyfriend of 2 years at the time. And now it is me, my boyfriend of now 15 years, & our beautiful, amazing 5 year old daughter!! We LOVE living here! It’s calm & quiet even considering we are a few feet away from the interstate & less than a 1/2 mike away from the train tracks… The residents are so nice and respectful of their neighbors. I have lived here for over a year now and this apartment complex has been the best one I've lived in yet. The front office staff is super friendly and always very helpful with any questions I've had. The maintenance staff is phenomenal! They fix all of my issues in a timely manner and are super respectful and communicative about things that need extensive work in my apartment (ex. replaced my dryer when it broke and had company come fix my carpet). I currently live here, iv'e been living here for 3 years now. I haven't had any issues with my apartment. Anytime I needed maintenance done they always come the same day or in 24hours . rent is affordable which is why I haven't left. rent doesn't increase. the property is always clean and its quiet , no traffic and I feel safe living here. the property manager Karen is very understandable and answers all questions truthfully. I haven't had any issues with bugs/insects in my unit
My heat went out and John the repair man was at my door in less than 5 minutes. Knew what it was. Changed my capacitor within 5 more minutes. Took him a total of 15 minutes. We didn’t even get a chance to get cold. Very nice knowledgeable guy!
I’ve stayed here for 2 going on 3 years now, and I honestly don’t have any complaints. I feel extremely safe, especially with the sheriff’s department literally next door. The gate works as it should, and the office manager Karen is quick to resolve any issues or concerns. It’s very quiet all in all except for the occasional children that any complex has, but the children are polite and well mannered. The maintenance staff is also very attentive to keeping the grounds clean tended to as well.
