Great sales help from Sarah today! Found a dining table and chairs after she explained the different aspects of dining sets and the special features offered on certain sets. That is what really helps to make a decision- now I can’t wait to see it in my home. Steve in delivery was also very helpful in planning a delivery date. Thanks to the manager who was on site as well, but I didn’t catch her name. All in all, a great experience and I found what I was hoping for, when I didn’t think it was possible.

I was very pleased with the selection and the price structure of the furniture. More importantly Jeanette from Appleton and Green Bay was super. Customer service; exceeding customers expectations. She was a star, service, follow-up. She did them and more, she offered me coffee or water. Using the hospitality industry model: treat them as guests in your home.

I had a phenomenal experience working with Laura Hoffman from AH. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and took all the stress out of decorating our new living room. She took the time to come take her own measurements of the space and really listened to how I wanted the room to look and feel.
