Mike V. is a life saver!!!! My car was broken down just a street over from my building at August Hills, and Mike V noticed me struggling and went out of his way to fix everything. He had tools and stopped what he was doing to fix my issue in the middle of the afternoon when it was extra hot out. I was able to then safely drive my car back to my apartment. I am forever thankful for his kindness and I am very happy with August Hills and how they take care of their residents. Thank you Mike!!!
. The first time I looked at this property, I fell in love! Noel was amazing and patient with me. I wasn’t sold on the lack of an elevator and the subpar covered parking, but my spouse said, “You have to pick your poison.” I got past it. Fast forward to moving in… there were so many small issues, but they felt significant because I thought the builders should know better. It dawned on me that the rent is high, and they need tenants! Be sure to inspect your apartment unit throughly before signing any lease and go a week in advance to inspect for leaks or any other anomalies in the build. On my move in date my unit had a leak and a slew of other problems. I lost time in pto, time occupying the apartment, and having to chase after the team to deal with work orders and get the unit up to code. I had an excellent apartment tour experience with Andrew Frey! He was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I really appreciated how kind and approachable he was throughout the process, which made the experience comfortable and enjoyable.
Andrew, such a professional I must say. He was patient, engaging and really kind. While not just explaining the amenities August Hills has, he was great to make us aware of the practicalities of certain features the apartment and the property had to offer. He is an asset to August Hills doing a wonderful job! Keep it up! 👏
