Two years after they installed our floors due to a manufacture issue not Augusta Flooring we needed some flooring replaced and they came back out and put new flooring down standing behind their excellent customer service and it looks great and the installers were professional and did a great job. Augusta Flooring has a wonderful staff who are very helpful and always stand behind their material and workmanship. I would use them again for any of my flooring needs.
Augusta Flooring removed my carpet and installed new flooring in 5 rooms plus my foyer. They did an excellent job in helping us select our flooring choices and getting it scheduled even though materials were hard to get in most places. The workmanship of the installers was also excellent. I am a very detailed person and they met my expectation. Lou R As you all know, Customer Service is very hard to find anymore. Well, not at Augusta Flooring. There are two young ladies that have gone way beyond excellent Customer Service, Taylor Moore and Jessica Olson. If you are greeted by either Taylor or Jessica, you know you will be in good hands and will receive the best Customer Service. They will do whatever is needed to make you happy.
I purchased flooring from Augusta Flooring and it was recently installed. My experience from start to finish was great. The shop personnel were attentive and knowledgeable and the installers are professional, experienced, and cleaned up after installation. I hope to be a return customer.
My experience with Augusta Flooring started off great with Kay in the showroom and just got better every step of the way!. Kay was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the showroom is a pleasure to shop in. When we made the appointment to measure for my new carpet Kay told me she would be at my house between 9 am and 9:30. She pulled in my driveway at 8:57 am. I just had Augusta Flooring install LVT throughout most of my home. It took a while for the flooring to come in but was totally worth the wait. The installers ( Mark and Josh) were so professional , helpful, and accommodating! They were also very neat. I would recommend this company for any flooring needs that you have.
