My daughter had the greatest experience ever! She is very sociable/talkative and the staff showed so much delight in entertaining her bubbly self. I was a little worried since she is four, and they don’t allow parents to go back with their child four and up, but they said she did an amazing job. My son was having a dental emergency and Dr. Miller was able to see him same day and treat him. My son wasn’t even a patient of Dr. Miller, but he chose to squeeze him in anyways and even stayed past closing to get it done. I am so grateful to have come across this office and will definitely be returning in the future for my children’s ongoing dental care. Dr. Miller and his staff are absolutely amazing!
My son had his first appt today and it went way better than I ever expected! He’s autistic and mostly non verbal but the staff knew exactly how to treat him. This was actually very first SUCCESSFUL exam and cleaning. At one point I swear I was more nervous than my son was. The hygienist, dentist and staff were absolutely amazing. Dr. Miller and staff did a great job taking care of some major issues resulting from my son's former dental care. They made sure that our experience was positive and that all treatment and costs were communicated well and followed through on to the letter.
Everyone was so friendly and kind to both my children and myself. My children were scared going in and cried because they didn’t want to leave. It’s hard finding a group of people that takes time and going the extra mile for the customers/patients comfort/happiness. It’s out of my network but the service is worth it.
