The staff was excellent there and helped me transition to this area wonderfully. They went out of their way to get me scheduled as soon as possible for my exam and cleaning. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good Dentist that has a professional staff!
I am not big fan of the dentist and this was the first time I have been to the dentist in awhile. I was pretty nervous about going back to the dentist but I am glad I went to Augusta SmileCare. I really appreciated the open communication about each step they are taking, the patient they had, and great atmosphere.
My visit with Tonya today was great .She keeps you aware of everything that is going on. I really like that because I have an input in my care. They really listen to you ,if you have some concerns. Augusta Smile Care is a great place to receive great dental care.
Dr.Massey is a good honest Christian man. His staff is very nice and knowledgeable and I would recondmend his office to anyone who needs dental assistance. Thank you Dr. Massey and your staff for everything . Carey Simmons
It's not like me to leave a negative review, but here it goes... I made an appointment with Augusta Smile Care in May of 2018. The receptionist advised that they had no appointments sooner than September 18th, 2018. I was willing to wait because I have heard great things about the practice. I received a call at 7:30am on 09/17/18 (the day prior to my appointment) from Rachael stating that my appointment, that I have waited for for several months for, has been cancelled with no explanation. I am very disappointed as I have heard great things about the office and was referred by a current patient. There is definitely something lacking in the scheduling/office coordination department. Dr Massey seems more interested in making $ than in patient care; wanted to replace perfectly good crown, almost 50 min. late on my appt time, excessive delay(l month) between temporary bridge and permanent bridge, charge for sleep mouth guard $500.00, etc. Seemed friendly but maybe fake.
