Austgen Family Dental Dr. Holly Austgen is both honored and humbled to be following in the footsteps of the late Dr. Tim Weeks. She made this transition after working as an associate at Southeast Family Dental for six years. Prior to this, she completed a general practice residency program at the Richard L. Roudebush VAMC in Indianapolis and completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Indiana University School of Dentistry in May of 2011.

I am a new patient so only a very few experiences to date. That being said, the few I have had have all been great experiences. The staff, to a person, have been terrific. Dr. Austgen is very professional, thorough in her approach, and very good communicator. I have a comprehensive plan for my dental needs and feel confident I am in very good hands with this team. I had a great painless thorough dental cleaning by Claire. Also Dr Austgen came in to check my teeth. And Shelby is always on top of what your insurance covers and lets you know before you leave the office. Their office from the front desk to the dental chair are all very pleasant and professional.
Just had a wonderful cleaning today with Joanne. She was the exact person I needed to turn my morning around. I was having a tough day with my child’s allergies and who would’ve known but she could relate and really encourage me. My teeth look and feel great and so does my soul. Dr. Austgen worked in t into her schedule to fix a problem area I had with a crown popping off. What a wonderful relational team. I drive 60 minutes after dropping off my son to be watched so I can still go to Austgen. It’s worth it!
Absolutely FANTASTIC staff! Very professional, yet personable. I was in an emergency situation and as a new patient, they were able to see me the next day. Not to mention, I had neglected my oral health and they worked with me to create a plan to get back on track without an ounce of judgement! Hands-down, a 5 star experience and I will recommend Austgen Dental to everyone I know!
Wonderful staff! Very friendly and care about you as a person while providing excellent care of your teeth as well.
