When it comes to the dentist I try to stay far away but coming here has been great. The doctor and staff are great! They make you feel comfortable and I am going back with confidence
I was made to feel very comfortable! I brought a tiny squishy stuffed toy to squeeze, cuz I'm a big baby and was told it was cute! I was asked frequently how I was feeling, they didn't rush, and took time to administer more numbing agent mid way through to ensure my comfort. I have been terrified of The Dentist my while life; I actually dozed off. My normal reaction is shaking, sweating and a silent panic attack, and I dozed off. 5/5 Starts, WOULDN'T CHANGE A THING
Adult here who has never had to have any dental work with the exception of this last year following orthodontic treatment. I had to have a root canal -not at this practice and although that was not a bad experience It still left me very nervous for Dental work I still needed to get done (fillings). Dr. Saxena Is extremely warm and friendly. She has a very calming and confident presence. I was actually a previous customer through Lakecreek Dental and didn't have such a good experience. It may have been the front desk staff at the time as I recall that person was not very customer service friendly, being in a customer service position myself, I was taken aback. I also at the time lived down the street, but moved to Liberty Hill and found a dentist out there, which I also did not like for certain reasons I will not go into. They were very swift getting me in the clinic. They listened to my concerns and wishes as a patient. I told one of dental assistants that I was feeling hungry, and they offered me a snack. Great customer service. They made getting an extraction as pleasant as possible 😁
