Austin met me where I was at. He was very attentive and listened well and answered all my questions and then some. He went out of his way to make sure not only did I get the product I needed but also to make sure I felt good about it and was comfortable with the entire process. Throughout the home purchasing process there is a lot of paperwork, loopholes, and overall difficulties you face in collecting documents for the loan approval process.
