Very knowledgeable
Explained things very well. No questions in answered
Dr. Bennion and his entire staff are professional and courteous and empathetic. They are all engaging with the patient as if that patient is the only one that needs attention. They are very busy but do not let that atmosphere interfere with personal care for the patient.
He always includes me on what direction my care is going and makes great suggestions for moving forward

As uncomfortable as visiting a urologist is, Austin, the nurses and Dr. Stevenson really do a good job making you feel at ease and like you’re where you should be

Throughout multiple visits, I felt spoken to in a condescending manner, as though my questions or understanding were not being taken seriously. Communication was consistently unclear and lacked the level of professionalism and respect patients deserve.At one point, I was told I had kidney-related issues, yet no imaging or results were reviewed or made visible to me.
