The reviews were so great that I thought they couldn’t possibly be true. Well, after having had a badly broken ankle and many follow up appointments, I can tell you that Dr. Hansen and his staff are really that good. I wish he were also my primary care doctor. I seldom post online reviews, but felt it was necessary in this case.
Dr. Hansen DPM is knowledgeable, personable, caring medical professional who is very pleasant when delivering diagnosis and treatment plan. He is supportive and caring. Above all he humanizes the experience and you don’t feel like the patient in room 3. His staff are just as wonderful and welcoming (Hannah went out of her way to rebandage my foot because I hah wet it. Dr Hansen and his staff are excellent. I had broken my foot. When I called I was given an appointment immediately. I went in an xray was taken only to find I needed surgery. Arrangements were made and both the surgery and recovery went excellent. No scar and no issues. Thank you Dr Hansen..
Both Cape Coral and Ft Myers offices are so nice and clean. Overall, my experience was SO much better than two other podiatrists.
