Austin was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive, even after hours and weekends. He really went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything and to move the process along.
Thank goodness for Austin when I called Mutual of Omaha mortgage to inquire on a home equity loan. I had many questions and he answered them all confidently. Which gave me confidence in the company. Austin was very pleasant to work with, very patient with me, and very knowledgeable. He was basically available for me whenever I needed a question answered or I had a concern. I would definitely recommend Mutual of Omaha mortgage with one stipulation, ask for Austin!
Austin was amazing with his knowledge. He answered many questions I had regarding the loan process. He communicated almost daily with me on the status of my loan, either via text or email. From my initial conversation with Austin, he made me comfortable in his knowledge of this process. He is a very friendly young man as well, with lots of patience with me and all my questions 😀.
My only complaint is how long it took but my situation was different so I feel like they deserve a break. The team worked hard to get us what we wanted.
