The process of a mortgage can be so overwhelming, but Austin at Churchill was so amazing and helpful. He explained everything to me in a way I would understand. As a first time homebuyer, I greatly appreciated working with Austin! He was communicative, affable, generous with his time. He went through many different scenarios with me, answered my multitudinous questions, never with impatience, always with clarity, earnestness and grace. There an issue during the underwriting process (there was a piece of technical info missing that delayed actual closing), he answered my calls and kept me informed through to the resolution.
