from introduction by Adam to paperwork which was at times overwhelming to closing day that happened to be my wife and I 32nd anniversary. it was also great because of digital communication that allowed electronic signing of documents and overall many phone calls and timely responses. lastly and not at all the least, your availability and liaisons with Adam and were efficiently communicated. I pray for Jennifer to recover and get back to work. She reminded us of every bit of things needed,

I first got pre-approved at my bank and when i found a house with my realtor we wrote an offer on Saturday night and we were unable to get a hold of the bank for a pre-approval letter. My realtor referred me to Austin who took my call late in the evening and had me approved in an hour. I laughed when my loan officer from the bank emailed me a pre-approval letter on Monday morning. Great service from day 1 , 10 out of 10 recommend these guys to anyone buying a home

Austin is hands down the best loan officer I have worked with. Constantly communicating through the process with my buyers and myself, whether it be late at night or early in the morning Austin is available to help deals get done. Austin was so easy to work with ! He was available anytime I had questions. If he didn’t have an answer immediately he got back to me as soon as possible. He was easy to talk with and made sure we knew what was going on at all times. We would use him again !
