Hey Friends, Austin Southwest Roofing is a great roofing business. They put a new roof on our home in 2019 and did a great job. We were pleased with the roof and enjoyed the look. Last year we saw some issues on the flat part of the roof and I called Austin Southwest about the issue. One month ago Shane, sent out a crew to fix the problem at no cost . It was difficult to know who to trust when it came time to replace the roof. Much energy was spent worrying if our family could afford a new roof as our house is 20 years old and this was a potentially large expense. Austin Southwest Roofing not only did an amazing job replacing the roof (knowledgeable, fast and great clean up) but they worked with our insurance company and assured us all we would have to pay for was the deductible. This was my first time dealing with new roof as a first time homeowner. JT Vickers was very patient and walked me through the entire process in a timely manner. I would highly recommend.
The folks at Southwest roofing were always available to answer any questions I had. They used high quality materials. The work crew was friendly and did an excellent job of cleaning up when the job was finished. My roof was not just replaced but is much better than before. With Shane’s expert advice we added solar vents. In this Texas heat I’m sure they will help. My new roof is the icing on the cake. Thank you all at Southwest Roofing.
