I bought a ring from here that was advertised as 14k gold. I was at a jewlery store with some friends and had the idea to get my ring appraised, upon testing of the quality of the metal I was shown 3 different tests all showing 10k gold. It tested at 46% gold and 14k should be at 58% or higher. I brought it back in with my receipt to see what the procedure is about possibly getting a refund. I was told by the owner that they don't do cash refunds and can only do store credit which is completely understandable and reasonable.... read more
I tried to a a ring appraised at $7,000. They were very rude when tell me that it did not meet their standards. Which I can completely understand. The problem was not that they couldn’t take my ring. half-ass customer service . i was there to have my stuff looked at and find out what level of gold it is . the only thing these people looked at is where its made then shoved it aside . was told that its not gold .
