This pool company is exceptional! Both Karen and Mike did a great job on building our new pool! Even Nola that works in the office is a pleasure to speak with. The contractors, workers and even the last few people that teach us how to use and run the equipment in the end are all great to deal with! They have a very good system going. Just finished having our pool installed by Authentic Pools. From the pool installers to the pavers and even our "pool school, the staff was professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. We could not be more pleased. They always checked in to let us know what we could expect in the process. I know that we picked the best pool installers in the business.

Have used this pool builder for many years due to their reliability, service, and custom designs. The owners are very involved in all aspects of the build and have the experience needed to deliver a great product on time. Highly recommend.

I had the absolute pleasure of contracting with Authentic Pools to install an in-ground pool for my existing house. I had prepared for my meeting with Karen with a couple pictures and a wish list that I was actually quite afraid wouldn't all be able to happen within my budget. Not only did Authentic Pools include everything on my wish list, they even came in a little under budget. Employees have no respect for neighboring properties. Trespassing leaving behind trampled landscaping and garbage. Contacted the Authentic Pools office which did not solve the problem, resulting in contacting the sheriffs office. Surely I would not hire a contractor with this lack of professionalism or respect, I highly recommend you do not either.
