Ali responded promptly to every email and even sent a Carfax. Once we arrived at the dealership, the buying experience was smooth sailing. Questions we had were answered. We bought the car and have since driven it home from Jacksonville to Georgia. So far, so good.

I ended up buying this vehicle but the contact I made did not go too well. The person I spoke with was abrupt but honest and forthright. She made it clear that there would be no negotiating on price (although they did come down slightly when it was evident that I was going to walk away). Like most in this business, honesty isn't the most important component. I found Ali to be knowledgeable and cooperative. Overall, I was satisfied with the deal.
