Car was in service for a couple of weeks, so not able to look at. Reps called multiple times, but didn't seem to know anything about vehicle I was interested in. Price seemed good.

I was contacted, promptly, by an Auto Boutique Sales Rep, and we discussed the deal agreement, that I was trying achieve, via a trade-in, and what the expectations were, on "both sides" of it, before I drove five hours, round trip, to test drive the QX70. I made an appointment, for the following Monday, and they held the vehicle for me, so it would be there, when we arrived.
