I had a very pleasant experience. The people with Auto Boutique were very nice. They made you feel welcome when you entered their store. My sales representative (Theresa Balk) was very nice and accommodating. If I had a question that she did not know the answer for certain, she would immediately contact the sales manager for clarity. When I expressed concerns with the wear of the tires, Auto Boutique was willing to replace the tires on the vehicle with new ones if I was willing to split the cost with them 50/50. The staff was very courteous and tried to help every time. They where honest and were not beating around the bushes, assertive and to the point. Great experience.
Dealer contacted us and made follow ups however when my husband went down there he waited over two hours before being attended to. Bit to mention he had driven about three hours to get there and had another three to drive back home.
