Excellent
The car looked great, but it did have some body things which caused me not to get it in the end. The sales team is good and not pushy. They stayed late even after closing to help whoever was there still looking to buy a car. Beware though, they say they will add on $2k to the price of the car so they can make money(so they said). Another main reason i did not go through with the sale.
They were friendly and were able to answer my questions. They contacted me after the initial visit but we were not able to do business with them. We did not like the fact that there are 2 add-ons that are mandatory to pay for. He did try to discount them later but it was the whole idea of tacking on this extra item that should be "optional" even if there is a fee.
Helpful and informative
These people are just fabulous. We were in and out fast. The people were so nice and made sure you were comfortable while you waited. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Tati and Mike helped us and I would say this is one of the best experiences we have had before.

I ended up getting a 2014 Ford focus. The communication I had with everyone was awesome. From the first email I got from Ray as soon as I made my appointment to Isaiah who was my sales associate. He was very thorough and fast. He was very professional and friendly. He bought all the cars I was interested in to the front of the lot and gave me the keys and allowed me the freedom to go check them out and test drive without the pressure of someone hanging over my shoulder.
