Never disappointed over the years .... Just had my 145,000 mile Mercedes in for a repair. As usual the diagnosis, way below average cost and quality repair was completed on time. How great it is to need repair, knowing you have "never" been taken advantage of and I mean never once, with any of my 3 vehicles over the last 8 years.
