In 2007, “Auto Star Inc.” has first opened its doors to the public. We started small, and we started here in Maple Grove. Thanks to our loyal customers we were able to develop in a productive and proactive part of this community. In the spring of 2009 we moved to our current location in Maple Grove. In the same year we added a full service Automotive Repair Facility. With this addition we are able to provide high quality service repairs at very competitive rates.

Jacob said he was charged $30 for an oil change and charged for half an hour of worthless work. His exhaust rattles and he was looking to get it welded. The business told him that they put hose clamps on his exhaust, which obviously did not solve the problem, and he already attached hose clamps himself prior to this visit. They were friendly and polite, but they did not actually fix anything and were expensive. He would not recommend this business for reasons stated above.
Oleg said he had to take his vehicle to this business twice for transmission work. He was really not happy with their service and he did not like the work. He would not recommend them to anybody for anything due to this experience.

Problems with purchase I brought my car in because it has never had music from the radio, Cd or Tape. I was told that either the amp or radio was bad. I was not given any options to receive help in getting this matter resolved. they did suggest that I could go to best buy and purchase a new radio??/ Where is the customer service?

Grant said his vehicle was finished 2 days before it was supposed to be ready.
Ray said this business did not have the right size lift for his vehicle. What they ended up doing, cost more in labor. If he had known ahead of time, he would have gone to a different business.
