Great service! I came in for an oil change and it took much longer than it should have. However, before I even got home, they called me and apologized. They didn't charge me for the oil change, because of the delay. And they even gave me some bonuses in my rewards account. That's the mark of good service: it's not just when things go right - it's going out of your way to MAKE things right when they don't go right the first time.
The service department here was great! Brought in our 2008 Nissan Altima that wasn't running right, they found the problem, had it fixed in 2 days and it was covered under our original warranty, the car is 9 years old! So glad we bought a Nissan!

I have to say the service department has got right on what ever I need and have it done in a timely manner. I only had a little time today to get my oil changed along with the other running I called to see if they could fit me in they said yes at 330 well I got done with my running a little sooner then I thought pulled up there they got me in and back on the road in about 45 minutes not bad for getting there at 12
From the initial start of the sales process to follow up care, Nissan Autocenters has got it down. The sales rep (Steve) seemed to know exactly what I needed, not only in a vehicle and pricing, but personally, as well. Everyone is friendly! Justin in the service department always tries to give the best price he can on any service. Service it always implored in the estimated time. Comfortable waiting room.
My second time coming here and I will do it all over again! I worked with Roger both times and his service was stellar!!! He was very accommodating to my needs of getting a vehicle. When I entered the building I was greeted and asked was there someone particular I was there to see. Everyone was nice and helpful. I am a stickler for customer service and people working with the public being "people persons". If you are in need of a vehicle ask for Roger! He will definitely go the extra mile and get you what you need!!!
