Great job by Asst. Service Manager Mike for the provision of a loaner vehicle the day after Thanksgiving! This was the first time that my vehicle was serviced by Service Advisor Ms. Maria Mejia. I had a few major issues with my vehicle and her quick thinking and that of the Cashier Melody led to huge savings from the estimated costs on the final invoice for replacement parts and repairs to my vehicle. I had an issue with my navigation screen in my 2018 Nissan Armada going out, that meant my back up camera, all my perimiter alarms ect. I took it here. Omar was my advisor, he was patient and understanding. We just had major repairs on my house and finances were tight. He did everyone he could to work with me but make sure I received the quality care I deserved. Without his help I wouldn't have gotten the work done, my 16 year old wouldn't be driving a safe truck.
