I went to get my brakes done and they did a great job as usual. Rebecca was my service advisor, I ask for her every time. She’s very professional and knowledgeable and always does the best she can to get me a good deal.

I watched her come from customer service into the service department and her service hasn’t changed a bit she is still an outstanding employee and provides great services. I would recommend going to Autonation Nissan on West Sahara.. Their service department is very accommodating.' Ron is great, and Mike is very informative of the special deals going on that month.
Place was clean. Employees were friendly. Ron was excellent. 😊 He help me since Omar was not around, who was my service guy. I did wait over extra hour for my car from the car wash. I was told that they were very back up. 😧 That is not acceptable.
Service rep was efficient and friendly to deal with and the service was done well.
Dealer was honest and tried to help me to the best of his ability so over all great communication and help
