As soon as I arrived at Autonation Nissan 3 minutes late on my schedule at 7:00am, Ms. Rebecca Birnbaum greeted me. She was jolly and fast. She asked me to go to her office for my signature; and when done I asked her how long will it take to fix my car? She said about an hour and a half. But she came to me at the customers’ lounge after only 45 minutes and handed me my key.
